Billet, the digital wallet of the leading Dominican bank BHD, provides an opportunity for individuals who, for various reasons, have limited or restricted access to traditional banking services. As a new app in the market, they aimed to effectively identify their users' needs and swiftly incorporate them into their product.
Challenge
Frist, gather the data, then centralize it. The main challenge was to combine all the available information and make it actionable. “I have a budget, but how do I distribute it? Where are the thousands of people already using Billet speaking from? Which social network or ad are they coming from?” They needed to listen to their consumers, understand what they were saying about the brand, and centralize all that information to unify messages and act in time, ensuring they didn’t lose their users' attention.
